This was my first time having a procedure at GI Associates and Dr. Hartke and his team made the experience a good one. Everything was explained to me before my procedure and everything went smoothly. I had no problems after my procedure was completed. I would highly recommend Dr. Hartke and GI Associates to anyone needing a Gastroenterologist.
Beginning with the telehealth pre-procedure to the actual procedure, the staff were courteous and knowledgeable.
All the staff, nurses & Doctor were all very caring, ready to answer any questions & let you know what to expect. My wife has had him multiple times & this is my first time with him for this procedure. I will have him do my next procedure when it is time.
This was the best place I've been to in a long time. All the staff is very professional & very pleasant. It made having to do the prep & the procedure tolerable. The Dr. was awesome, had a sense of humor which also helps.
