Dr. Hartke and his staff were very caring and respectful of me and did not treat me like I was just another person. I felt very respected.
Ha! Ha! I have to admit, when I got this invitation, I thought it was a politician!...Hmmm...he looks so famil....OH! Dr. Hardke!!!...Anyway, my experience was as good as could be expected for a colonoscopy. The ENTIRE staff was personable, friendly, accommodating and professional. Dr. Hardke was smiles and calming. I came in for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Dr Hartke and his staff were very reassuring, kind and considerate. I was worry free and comfortable before, during and after my procedure. I have additional health issues that they were very accomodating to. I appreciate all of them for their compassion and great care.
