No one looks forward to having a colonoscopy, but Dr Kavaler’s being so responsive, caring, knowledgeable and excellent at his craft made the entire experience a positive one. From the initial telehealth appointment, to the actual procedure, to discussing his findings right after the procedure and to answering my subsequent questions he made me feel comfortable and extremely well cared for.
Dr Kavaler and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Aside from his fantastic bedside manner, he is thorough, answered any of my questions, reviewed medical records before my visit, as well as during, and even set up immediate further testing while I was sitting in his office, which was 2 blocks away. I am so grateful that I found him and his practice. His staff called me the evening after my in person visit, to set up a video one with Dr Kavaler, so he could explain the results.
