This was a telehealth conference. Being IT challenged we had difficulty getting on. Dr Miller was very patient waiting for us. He familiarized himself with our situation, explained test results clearly and presented the next steps. We were very anxious but Dr Miller’s calm demeanor and clear explanations, while being realistic, lessened our anxiety.
Dr. Miller has been caring for me and my husband,for more than 15 years. He is proactive and very thorough. He discovered that my cancer spread and shared this information with my Oncologist. Dr. Miller is excellent. I have been a patient of his for at least 10 years and find him to be very calm, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and responsive, and very clear in his explanations. I recently had a periodic colonoscopy (to monitor Chrohn's) and the prep and procedure were very smooth and his follow up after the procedure was very reassuring.
The office reception staff is excellent, with minimal waiting time. Dr Miller is a brilliant diagnostician. He cogently explains any concerns so that one can easily understand. He "dumbs" down his discussions just enough without being condescending. His bedside manner is professional and yet friendly. I have lived with Crohn's Disease for almost 60 years, and while the quality of my life isn't perfect, Dr Miller has improved it significantly.
