Everyone at the facility was extremely friendly and professional.
Of course the prep is never good but, that said, my experience was very positive. As a new patient to GIA, my intake-pre screening with NP Valarie V. was quite thorough and informative. The day of the procedure was positive and everyone I came into contact with were professional and pleasant. Vance introduced himself and gave a brief overview which was good having never met him in advance. My bride reported he came in and gave her a report and answered her questions while I was still under in recovery.
Dr. Vance. Hartke did a great job, he was very personable and caring. I was seen for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The anesthesiologist was great, and so we’re all the nursing staff.
Dr. Jones explained everything in terms we could understand, he is very polite and professional. He made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him, and will continue to see him in the future

Super nice, welcoming staff. All the way through my procedure. I felt welcomed and cared for. As I left, it almost sounded like they were going to miss me. Lol
Dr. Godsey gave excellent descriptions of what he did during the procedure and my results.
