Once I got to my appointment everyone was passionate, caring, and really great. It was the phone calls prior that really put me off and was not expecting much before my visit. What happened was with the check in person who reviews the chart for completion and insurance coverage. We had issues getting my insurance card and this worker(sorry I do not have her name) treated me like I was a delinquent and was not going to pay. Dr. Harte and his staff were outstanding. Everything was explained in detail and the procedure seemless. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know to have the procedure done.
I had a colonoscopy. They are very busy with each doctor performing 16-20 of them per day. No one ever got back to me on the results, or if I need to have further treatment or future colonoscopies. They just send you to their website, and you can read a highly technical doctor's report with medical terms you don't understand.
Very easy to talk to and down to earth.
Dr. G is phenomenal! She is knowledgeable, professional and provides heartfelt compassion and medical care for her patients. Her surgery facility and staff are the pentical of efficiency while providing the utmost in patient care. She and her staff listened to and addressed all of my concerns and apprehensions prior to my procedure, making me feel safe and cared for!
Saw Dr. Johannes for a colonoscopy consult and he spent time to help with other conditions. He is patient and helpful. The whole staff was great during the endoscopy and colonoscopy process. Highly recommended!
This doctor is one of the best. I have seen her more than once and each time she explains everything and answers every question. Very friendly and kind too! I would recommend her any time!

Talking about bathroom issues was difficult for me. However, Dr Jones was very easy to talk to, understanding of my situation and discomfort. He provided clear explanations and was very helpful. After initial visit and screening determined I needed a colonoscopy. Was scheduled promptly at the Wausau surgery center at GI Assoc. Clinic. Procedure went well. Dr. Jones explained results clearly and answered all my questions. Dr Jones and staff were professional, patient, and helpful.
