Nurses, doctors all were very professional and nice. The only complaint I have is getting signed up for the procedure. It took over a year times to get someones attention and no one ever answers the phone.
Impressed with the professionalism of the amazing team ! From the moment I walked in the door . Courtesy helpful staff. Every step of the way I was well taken care of and informed. The staff answered all my questions. Dr. Heacock took the time to listen to my concerns and health changes. Prior to my Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. Spoke to me and my husband after study . I found the detailed prep packet easy to follow and the text messages kept me on track. Quality care from a hardworking team. Thank you

From the second I walked into the door EVERYONE was very nice and professional. I was always told what was going to happen before it did. Felt like the place had great moral as I saw employees smiling and laughing with one another. While the procedure was less than pleasurable, of course, my experience was very positive!
Dr. Jennifer is by far the best. Never have I had such a wonderful, kind, caring, most helpful and best of all genuinely concerned about me smart health professional. The same goes for all the staff I have interacted with. I’m very glad to be a patient of this great community of professionals.
Dr meyer’s PA Carrie Voedisch is efficient, incisive, intuitively wise in her ability to put pieces of odd puzzles together, It frequently takes an act of Congress to see her but it always worth the struggle and wait. the scheduling system is a nightmare but they are aware….more scopes for younger folks creating more logjams but this is medical care in the USA… Wouldn’t trade this practice for the world!
Clean, kind, efficient, gentle. Glad it is over, glad I had it done there. I appreciate the way they took care of me.

The team here is really good! They know their stuff and do everything they can to keep you healthy! The NP Karen McGraw was very very helpful in my last visit. I highly recommend this practice!
