I appreciated the careful attention and the level of professionalism among all the caregivers and clerical staff throughout my office visit and procedure.
From my first encounter with registration staff, to the staff members who helped to prepare me for my procedure, to the very supportive and informative physician who performed my procedure, I was made to feel secure and confident in the care I would receive. I was promptly informed about the results of my procedure and fully reassured about what to expect in the next 24 hours. I recommend this excellent facility without reservation.

Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology is an excellent run office and procedure center! Bernard the LPN who took my vitals and administered my IV was professional and did a flawless job! Brian my doctor anesthesiologist was extremely professional and a master at his profession and of course the doctor (Dr. Rybnecik) was super professional and did a thorough job! Top notch care is what you’ll get at this center!
The staff were all very professional, kind and informative. They made me feel comfortable from the start and answered every question I had. The facility was clean and professional, I didn’t have any anxiety about being there. I felt cared for and I wouldn’t want to use any other facility.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. My husband went in for a colonoscopy about 6 months ago. I spoke to his Endo Nurse – Cynthia Anglin. I told her that I was scared to come in because I have a needle phobia and have never had anesthesia…ever….. Between those two things I was just not going to do it.
