Very professional, efficient, and caring. I was treated extremely well by an expert staff that was caring and dependable.
All team members I spoke to either by phone prior to the procedure or in person at check-in, during pre-procedure, in procedure room, or post-procedure were courteous, friendly, informative, and efficient with their work. Each person introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. I was comfortable at all times. The doctor provided good information before and after the procedure. I appreciated his time with me, knowing there were many others having procedures that day.
Efficient and good staff all the way through the procedure. Check in was easy after filling out the online forms. Facility is managed well and Communications from the staff were all professionally executed. I am pleased with this facility

This was my first colonoscopy. The front staff was polite and kind. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, and Dr were so helpful at answered any questions I had. They let you know the things that were going to be done so that you would know each step before it happened. It was so amazing seeing staff that worked so well and efficient together. Their friendliness makes it so much easier to feel comfortable and relaxed.
I feel like I am in the best hands when I voice my concerns. Very caring and attentive.
Dr. Meyers was very knowledgeable about what could be causing my issue. He gave me a lot of good information. I felt comfortable with his attention to detail.
I had great experience from start to finish. My Surgeon was fantastic.
