Dr Marshall is always has positive attitude and concerned about how you are doing. He is very knowledgeable about GI health and take the time to about educate you about the disease process. I like that He includes me in what type treatment will be needed.
My first colonoscopy and I was nervous and kept reminding myself that this is what they do everyday all day… they were great from the front desk, intake desk, prep nurse, nurse anesthetist, and the doc. Both the nurse anesthetist and the doc came in to talk with me before the procedure. Afterwards, staff was very attentive to me as I was coming out of anesthesia and the anesthetist gave me some important observations and concerns she had, suggested a follow up sleep study. Preparing for and having a colonoscopy is never a lot of fun, so it makes a difference when everyone you come into contact with during the process is kind. Kindness goes a long way, and that was my experience recently at the Hendersonville office of Carolina Mountain Gastroenterology.
I was very nervous going in, everyone made me feel at ease.. Everyone was very professional and personable.
