The scheduler was great to work with and was able to work with my pharmacy to find an affordable solution. The medical staff was very profession on the day of my procedure. The only reason I did not give five starts is the billing department calls the day before as I am starting my prep to tell me I have a co-pay with my insurance and it is not covered under ACA. I have had this scheduled for over a month.
First Telemedicine visit. Extremely easy to use, visit went very well.
This was my first phone appointment since the pandemic started and I was very pleased with out it all went. Everyone was very organized when they spoke with me.
My telephone visit was my first interaction with Dr. Shrode. It was informative and pleasant and look forward to future visits.

A colonoscopy is not a pleasant experience but as you know the down side is the prep. Once arriving at the office, the experience was all positive. The covid protocols are strictly followed which gives peace of mind from the beginning. All office staff was courteous and respectful. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Gavin were personable and professional. The report was reasonably thorough and I left there healthy. I just can't find much to complain about.
I consider myself very lucky to have found these Doctors and and the excellent staff. Ryan Nelson has helped me tremendously with the issues I had and I couldn't recommend them enough ! They deserve a rating of 10 stars . Russ. Nickerson.
I cannot impress how comfortable I am with this group! Dr. Jeffries was confident and to the point about treatment which I appreciate. The rest of the staff made online visits work like magic; and those that I needed to talk to by phone couldn't be any nicer - call backs were quick. Thank you is an understatement - but Thank You!
Very efficient. All in all a pleasant experience.
