Dr Shrode and his team provided excellent care and prompt pathology results!
Everything went well in the office but I did have trouble getting the prep. It was never sent to me and I had to call the office the day before my colonoscopy to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy.
What a professional and courteous staff!
I had a great experience here. The only thing that was strange was having to arrive at 2pm for a 3pm appointment, and then just sit in the waiting room. All of the staff, from receptionists to RNs to CNAs to MD were kind and helpful. 👍🏽👍🏽
As good of an experience as I could hope for. The staff from check in, to prep nurses, to nurse anesthetist, to Dr. May were all very professional and welcoming. Thank you all.
Let us get real, it can be embarrassing to have a colonoscopy, and we all dread having to do it. However, Dr. Meyer and the staff at DHP goes above and beyond to make you feel less anxious and comfortable. Everyone understands people doing the basics of a procedure. For me, the most important part happened after talking with the nurse practitioner, who took the time to explain the process and the future steps.
