I had an excellent experience with my colonoscopy. All of the staff were courteous and professional. Everything was explained to me in detail and I had several opportunities to ask questions. Many safety protocols were followed. They called to check on me the next day. Very satisfied.
This was my first tine having a colonoscopy, so I was very nervous. But thankfully the whole experience was professional from start to finish. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful which helped me feel relaxed. They seemed to actually enjoy working with one another too! I also felt like I was well informed through each step of the process. They were willing to take their time and talk to me with any questions or concerns. My overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommend this practice!
Staff, and the teams in the procedure room are top notch. They go above and beyond, show deep respect and sincere care I really had a good experience, and I am forever touched by the kindness this establishment shows. The world needs more genuine kindness like this!

After referral by my PCP, scheduling for colonoscopy was quick, with repeated confirmations/reminders to keep everyone mindful. Medical history taking (on-line portal, telephone at time of scheduling, and on paper to bring to endoscopy site) is redundant and ought to be done once and confirmed on procedure day. I would very much recommend this practice to other people. I had a sigmoidoscopy completed at the Hendersonville office and follow op at Brevard office. The procedure was performed by R. Nelson P.A.. The entire procedure was explained by R.Nelson and assistant. Post procedure I was given a number to call if there were any concerns or issues. All findings were discussed with both myself and husband. all questions were answered. By R.NelsonP.A. If needed I would definitely work with this practitioner and support staff again.
