Dr Heacock, and the entire staff was very professional,and efficient. Nothing but praise for this group.
All of the staff at digestive health partners were pleasant and helpful. The online previsit forms were easy to complete and submit. The wait time in the waiting room was minimal . The provider was unhurried and Answered all my questions without seeming hurried.
They made me feel calm about the procedure. Did not have to wait long. Everything was explained in detail. Wonderful, friendly staff. Made me feel at ease about everything. Definitely recommend this practice
Friendly but professional in their care of patients. Every step of the procedure was explained and I was asked if I had any questions each time. W woke up in recovery and was able to go home within a hour. No pain or discomfort afterwards.
