I have been with this group for 25+ years. I appreciate the care given by what is now my third doctor in this practice. He was thorough, personable and made sure I was comfortable with each decision made.
The staff and medical personnel are always wonderful. They are very helpful, polite, positive, caring and professional. The Brevard office was ,also wonderful. It's great to be able to go to the Hendersonville office and get US and lab work done in the same facility. The lab tech is such a great lady. She is very helpful and so caring. Thank you to all.

Everything was great except the scheduling. It took two weeks of leaving messages just to speak with a scheduler. Once scheduled, everything was almost perfect. I say "almost" because they mailed me incorrect instructions for the day of my appointment, causing me to arrive two hours early due to their mistake.
Staff was pleasant and engaged well. PA Brian Carolinnia, in particular, was quite prepared and presented my options in a very cogent way. Bill Smith

This was my second experience within 5 years with Dr. Zivony and his team. I was not anxious, because I had had a great experience before, and trusted the doctor and the team. The reports that I received were concise and presented in a way that I could understand while viewing the details. Also, the prep process and instructions, followed accurately, were very effective. The staff nurses, technicians, anesthetist, etc...were all very efficient, communicative and responsive to comments and questions.
