Everything and everyone was top notch! I was the last appointment of the day, so you would think everyone would be worn out by then. Well if they were, they certainly didn’t show it. From check in to walking out the door it was a perfect visit. The nurse explained everything she was doing/did, Dr Fisher was very professional and patient with my questions and concerns, and Robin clearly explained how the anesthesia would work. Excellent on-time & patient-focused care from start to finish. Their well-practiced process makes for a smooth & quick trip through the entire journey, always with exceptional attention to the “customer”.
Once I got in the door, everything about these folks was great. The staff were universally friendly, helpful, professional, and engaged. I cannot speak highly enough about how well my colon screen (there, I admitted it) was handled. I dropped one star for the difficulty I had in getting in that door. The appointment process was complex (did it twice, as the first submission was lost in the shuffle) and the phone system was a nightmare of loops, delays, unreturned messages, and complexities that spoke to a broken system versu... read more
I’m 73 years old. I’ve had a couple of these before and this was the easiest. Followed instructions and slept pretty good the night before. Followed the instructions the day of and felt pretty good when I got to my appointment. Waited only a few minutes before they took me in. Took only a few minutes to put in IV and off for the procedure. Was kept informed the whole time by the Docs and Nurses. Woke up and Doc came in and gave me a full report. The whole process of the procedure went very smoothly and without complications. The staff were kind and professional and I appreciate their work and efficiency.
Many thanks to Sandra who went out of her way to fit me in (I prepped for the wrong day) to Dr. Fisher’s schedule. And thanks to Dr. fisher for adapting! Though I still have a bruise from a painful IV, I feel grateful for the dedicated, skilled, and pleasant staff at DHP.
I had a great experience and dealt with great people. Only thing that keeps me from leaving five stars is that when I came out of my anesthesia after the colonoscopy, the nurse handed me the printout of what they had done during the procedure, I asked if the doctor was going to go over it with me and they said he already did . I was still loopy from the anesthesia and don’t remember it. Not sure why they didn’t call my GF to come in the room, she was in the main waiting room up front 🙁.
I have been with Dr Harlan for 22 years ever since I was in a study for acid reflux and he was the study doctor. He is excellent and an expert at what he does!!! The staff is is caring, efficient, prompt and excellent, too . We arrived 30 minutes early for my stated arrival time; yet had very little wait time!!! Thank-you to All who cared for me on 6/8/2023; as well as, to All who work at Digestive Health Partners. I would not go elsewhere for my digestive health💗💗💗
