Very please with my experience. Dr Rholl and his very efficient team. Took care of me. I would definately recommend their office.
I had an appointment recently with Dr Garvin and was extremely impressed with the manner with which he conducted our meeting. I was taken into the examination room by Amanda who took my information making notes as we spoke and making sure she had a good understanding of the purpose of my visit. She then left and within a few minutes Dr Garvin entered. He greeted me and then took a seat and invited me to tell him why I was there. The front staff were very nice. The NP I seen was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. She was very kind and caring.
Very friendly staff. Wait time was minimal and my Dr. Explained the process and walked me through steps that will be taken. He was very thorough and eased nervousness I had prior to coming in.
5 stars for Dr. Wood and the cheerful staff at 191 Biltmore. The confirmation process needs better coordination. I replied to email, text and phone messages but they did not know about each other. Consequently, the system felt punitive more than helpful. It would be nice to have been given the option of a lower volume colonoscopy prep and have an opportunity to discuss alternatives beforehand.
Overall I was very pleased with my experience. The paper work was very repetitive. I filled out the nine page pre- registration on line and another two pages at the Turtle Creek location and still was asked to fill out the same two at check in.

Excellent staff also Dr. Davis Marshall on top of his game. Highly recommend.
Colonoscopy couldn’t have been an easier process. From the scheduling, to the mail delivery of preparation medications/instructions, to the on-site staff of registration, pre-procedural nursing staff, anesthesia, surgical assistant, post-procedural staff, and certainly the performing physician, things couldn’t have been performed more smoothly.
