I am amazed at how professional and well organized this office is...it's much easier to come for the procedure when you know you will be taken care of....
Excellent professional service start to finish for my procedure. But, getting the appointment set up with scheduling took some time.
I have had several colonoscopies and endoscopies here. From beginning to end, the procedures have always gone smoothly and everyone has been very kind and compassionate. My last visit was for a consultation with Dr. O’Connell. He was very personable, understanding, and informative. I could not have asked for a better visit.
The front desk was A+, the nurse was great, and one could not have a better gastroenterologist than Dr Harlan.
I always have a positive experience at this facility. I couldn't be happier.
Dr. Harlan listened as I relayed my experiences, shared his professional opinion and recommendations, offered to review the imaging with his colleagues and get back to me. I could not ask for more in a physician.
