The practice and staff are well organized. They make sure to send multiple text and emails regarding appointments and upcoming procedures. The communication is great. In addition, very detailed written instructions are either mailed or given to patients. All staff was professional and kind. I highly recommend Digestive Health Partners. My personal rating is 20/20 stars. ⭐️
I arrived at my appointment as scheduled & only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was seen. Appt went well along with my check out. Then I proceeded to the rest of my day. 👍🏻

I had a great experience. Approaching my appointment, I received clear communication and follow up notices to make sure that I was prepared and my questions were answered. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted and given clear instructions. The nurse who helped with my preparations was friendly and answered all of my questions. My visit is always positive and uplifting. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Kristen Drew is knowledgable and excellent care.
The staff were wonderful: friendly, cheerful, reassuring, accommodating. My physician was thorough and reassuring as well. The procedure was so well orchestrated that I was done in an hour and an half from arrival! Overall, an exceptional experience.
From my primary care referral to the scheduling process to the yucky prep and day of surgery all was very professional - the staff was kind, courteous, caring and informative.
Went in for the dreaded colonoscopy. Everything was on time, everyone was nice and I was out and on my way in record time. Very efficient and professional. But for the awful prep drink, it was not a bad experience at all.
