Very nice experience. Right on time. Very caring staff. My practitioner spent ample time to understand my issue and discuss my options.
My experience was very positive. I was greeted at the checkin door, never sat down to wait. Processing was immediate and swift. Waited under 10 minutes in waiting room and procedure followed quickly. Staff was efficient and courteous. Entire process from checkin to checkout was speedy and personal.
I was more than happy that my doctor took the time to listen then explain in a way I could understand what might be going on & how to treat it. I have to go back for more testing, but this made me feel confident I'll be treated well.😃

Professional & caring staff. My pre-colonoscopy prep was individually planned and very carefully explained in detail., both verbally & in written form. The actual colonoscopy prep arrived in the mail, in advance of the procedure. I received appropriate text alerts on my phone to remind me of the steps of the colonoscopy prep. Although the procedure is a bit scary, the staff does a wonderful job letting you know what to expect and taking the best of care throughout!
Dr Jenifer was excellent. She is very kind and professional. She is always care her patient.
Really positive experience. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The process is very well rehearsed. They took to the time to make sure you were aware of what was happening during each step in the process and providing results both verbally and in writing. No issues answering any questions. two thumbs up.
