I just had a colonoscopy on 08/22/23. Every staff member with whom I dealt (registration, nurses, anesthesiologist, gastroenterologist, et al.) was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.
The Brevard staff was excellent. They were prompt and courteous. I saw Dr. Clark at that office and he answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the medical terminology I was unfamiliar with. I highly recommend this group of doctors.
Everyone has been very helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions in a very timely manner.
I was most impressed with Jennifer and how she related to my issues. I however do not appreciate the phone system in that office! There is absolutely no way to reach a human or schedule an appointment with this system! This matter needs to be taken care of!
I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait about 35 minutes past my appt time to see Virginia. I give 5 stars to Virginia, however, for her time with me. Also, the interview with the scheduler was excellent.
Front staff friendly and helpful. Medical Assistant was kind and listened to my concerns. Dr. O’Connell took time to explain and discuss options with me and was open about his thoughts. Scheduler was a clear communicator and worked with me to find a good day and time for procedures. Even the blood draw went well!
From initial contact for setting appointment, and it was a significant time from setting to walking in, but understandably so. Then walking me through the pharmacy steps and their contacts. But the entirety of this 5 star is because of ALL of the staff, from walking in the door and wheeled back out, top notch, everything is clearly explained, asked if I understood. Thank you so much, for making my experience pleasurable under the circumstances, and not knowing what to expect y’all put my mind at ease. GREAT STAFF
NP Amanda Chase was excellent in understanding my complex history and planning a satisfactory approach with me to my problem. She was open and perceptive, and exactly what I’d hope for from a provider. She was also generous with her time. Thank you!
