As a new resident of Asheville I am apprehensive leaving my doctors ive trusted with my health for over a decade to meet new ones. Today,I met the staff and doctors of Digestive Health and was immediately set at ease . The level of care and welcome was beyond compromise. I am totally at ease and grateful

Dr. Nelson was very nice and made me feel like he truly cares. Staff was friendly and timely.
Procedure was best experience ever. This was my second and much better than my first one. My first one was fine and there were no problems. This one however was actually pleasant.

I give it a 4 due to the inability to communicate with office for appointments and other needs. I know this is Asheville where no business is fully staffed, but the lack of necessary staffing is ridiculous. It gives a strong message to patients their health doesn't matter, and adds stress to their lives during a difficult time. Medical staff are always wonderful.
Drs and support staff are totally awesome from the time I checked in, during visit and checkout. Very friendly and knowledgeable and take time to listen to and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this practice
