From the moment we arrived the staff, nurses, and physicians at Digestive Health Partners were fantastic. My experience was very positive. I was greeted at the checkin door, never sat down to wait. Processing was immediate and swift. Waited under 10 minutes in waiting room and procedure followed quickly. Staff was efficient and courteous. Entire process from checkin to checkout was speedy and personal.
I was more than happy that my doctor took the time to listen then explain in a way I could understand what might be going on & how to treat it. I have to go back for more testing, but this made me feel confident I'll be treated well.😃
