While my favorite was the anesthesiologist, for rather obvious reasons, the attending physician was top flight — Explained the intended benefits, relevant options, the risks, confirmed objectives and agreement to proceed, and invited questions and open conversation. The entire team, especially intake nurse Jessica, was capable, sensitive, efficient and functioned as a true team. Bravo, and thank you.
This endoscopy clinic was friendly, efficient, and communicative from scheduling the procedure all the way to discharge. I felt well cared for and appreciated all of it - particularly when health care can be a labyrinth of confusion.
Have seen Dr. Meyer for years, she’s everything you look for in a doctor: clinically competent, compassionate, and a great communicator. This group is very busy but my experience is once you have an appointment, you’re seen on time and they’re very efficient. Highly recommend.
Everyone was so nice and professional. I had an issue with nausea from the morning prep and they were wonderful with their accommodations.
