I am extremely pleased with my experience at CMG in Hendersonville. The staff, nurses and doctors were all professional, friendly and calming. They did a fantastic job setting things up, communicating and getting me setup for the procedure. The day of my procedure was efficient and on schedule. Shout out to Dr Clark and the dream team for helping me not remember one thing about it. You guys are awesome.
Very nice nurses and doctor
I start by saying I was extremely impressed by the way this facility runs. Everyone is extremely nice and does well at their job. They tell you exactly what's going to happen who you're going to be with and so on. Colonoscopy is not fun but when I have to have another I hope it's here. Thank you for being so professional. Start to finish in about 2 hours for my procedure. Everyone, from check in to prep, the doctor, CRNA and recovery nurse were excellent. They were friendly, interested in me personally, invited me to ask questions, clearly wanted me to understand every step of the process. I can't say it was my idea of a perfect day but if you have to have a colonoscopy they're definitely the people you want doing it.
Excellent professional, friendly staff. Visit with P.A. Nelsen was very informative, discussing all angles of the procedure, and answering all questions.

Very clean and professional ... they have everything down pat, so that your entire experience from the time you walk-in to the time you leave is handled efficiently and with the greatest care. The doctors, nurses, staff are excellent. I highly recommend this practice.
