Dr. Adler was personable, kind and professional. The staff as well. The procedure center ran smoothly and was very clean, well organized, nicely decorated and staff super nice and on it! Weird, but I didn't mind having my routine colonoscopy at all because it was a very pleasant experience (after I took the prep!)
His genuine care and the time he took to make sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. He didn’t rush me, he listened closely to my concerns, explained the procedure in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of my questions with patience and empathy. His calm, reassuring demeanor made a big difference, especially since I was nervous. I left feeling confident, cared for, and deeply grateful for the level of attention and professionalism he showed.
It was my first visit, but my husband has gone to him for years. He was very thorough. He answered all my questions and explained the reasons for the advice he gave me.
Dr Adler is an excellent gastroenterologist. I have been a patient for many years now and have been very impressed by his bedside manner, knowledge, and the way that he can handle difficult situations because I am not an easy patient. I Sprout feathers when I go to a doctor's office. His staff is friendly and cooperative and will assist you with whatever way they can. The office is clean and very very comfortable. Highly recommended.
Dr. Adler was Direct and was very empathic.this visit. I felt truly heard and feel very lucky that he’s my doctor. !!!
He listens and takes you seriously. He explains well in layman’s words. His front desk is very professional, intelligent and a pleasure to interact with.
