This place is fantastic. Everything is fast and super efficient, without being cold or robotic; the staff is just very good at their jobs. They move quick and keep things on schedule, and are also, at every level (from reception, to nurses, to doctors), warm and kind. I commented on the great experience to a nurse, who replied "We know these procedures are scary for some people, so we try hard to make the experience as good as possible". What a great attitude! I had an upper endoscopy with Dr. Wong today, and the entire team at Carnegie Hill Endoscopy did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. I'm someone who would get anxious about this sort of thing, especially since it was the first medical procedure I've ever been through (I've never been under or had an IV). I had such a positive experience. With every step I had to complete for the procedure, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. This place is great! For my procedure everybody was very kind and polite and the process went very smoothly. They did a lot of efforts to make me feel safe and comfortable - they even have warm blankets. The nurses were very patient and nice. Also, the place is very clean.

Carnegie Hill is a very clean and efficiently run facility. The staff are kind and knowledgeable enabling them to help you through your procedure. This was from the front desk, the nurses and anesthesiologist.. Wait time was limited from my initial walk in until I was brought into the surgical room. Dr. George was on time as well. Parking was effortless as you could use the public garage walking distance from CH.
