This place is great! For my procedure everybody was very kind and polite and the process went very smoothly. They did a lot of efforts to make me feel safe and comfortable - they even have warm blankets. The nurses were very patient and nice. Also, the place is very clean.
This is my second time having a procedure at this facility and either it’s me being this lucky or this is the way they operate. My appointment was at 1:30. Got here by 12:30 as requested. They checked me in, took my copay and then told me that the doctor is running at least an hour and a half late. Keep in mind that my last meal was more than 36 hours ago and I stopped any water intake at 11am today. I am on the verge of fainting. This is an exceptional medical facility. Each department functions at the highest level. After registration , being seen by a nurse, anesthesiologist and then your doctor, you know you are in good hands. Thank you for your care.
An extremely organized and meticulous intake process (I was asked at every step my name, what procedure I was there for, and the name of the physician); very professional, respectful, and cordial staff (a staff member called me the day following the procedure to see how I was doing); and a superb physician, Dr. Steven Naymagon, who provided a debriefing immediately after the procedure with a hardcopy of the results with photos. This was an Amazing Experience, Clean, Fabulous Team !! I Have not I had a colonoscopy for 10 years because I hated the prep and the doctor, now that I found Dr Cooper and the prep is updated, they have an unbelievable phlebotomist that started the IV i will be here every 5 years!!
