Dr. Ben made two stops explaining what he would do and ultimately what he found. He and his crew did their best to make a private procedure tolerable. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
He explained everything thoroughly and was easy to ask questions to. Although busy, he took the time needed with me.
Staff were very thorough and patient in answering questions and making sure that I was comfortable with the procedure. This was especially true for Dr Schneeberger and his anesthesiologist. They all went above and beyond to assure my comfort and understanding during and after this procedure.
