Had an upper GI endoscopy performed by Dr. Jaffin and supported by Carnegie Hill Endoscopy staff. Staff is well organized and efficient. Dr. Jaffin is a knowledgeable and expert medical professional. He explains medical procedures and options in a clear manner. And more than any other medical professional I’ve know, provides results and associated commentary in very expeditiously.
Dr Jaffin explained in detail the purpose of the procedure and how it would be administered prior to beginning. He answered all questions. Throughout the procedure he made certain I was comfortable and able to continue. He explained the results and recommended next steps. Very professional, friendly and patient. I would highly recommend Dr Jaffin.
