What a pleasure to be an NYGA patient. Dr Pashinsky & Aliza Wachspress, PA are intelligent , thorough, communicative, available and empathetic. They figure out what’s going on and take action and let nothing slide!!! I switched to NYGA last year from another doctor who did not make me feel as taken care of. I’d recommend NYGA to anyone. Nice smart people, terrific care!!!
Dr. Wachspress was extrmely kind, patient, listened to my complaints and offered good advice. Reaching the office was extremely difficult, going through a dozen selections and then still not getting to speak to a live person in the office. Using the portal was not helpful.
Aliza Wachpress was extremely helpful in conveying my doctor's instructions, concerns. She asked important follow up questions and was helpful in explaining my condition.
